How is it already, August 8th?!
In just a few days, I will be back at work!
I welcomed 16 new kiddos into my classroom Tuesday at, “Meet the Teacher!”
That number could easily change by the time school actually starts! I’m so excited to get to know all of their unique personalities!
Today’s post is all about summer!! I am recapping all of the fun from summer 2019!
I’ve spent lots of days with family!
We celebrated our friend’s sweet baby turning 1 in June!
It’s tradition for us to attend Spartanburg’s annual event, “Pickin in the Park”
It was a fun night of country music!

We celebrated July 4th at the lake!
I spent a day in Charlotte celebrating Brittany’s birthday!
I had lots of Bachelor Mondays with friends! (I know we were technically watching “The Bachelorette” this summer but wether its bachelor or bachelorette, I always say “bachelor.” lol anyone else?
This Bachelor Monday consisted of homemade tacos!! I could eat tacos every. single. day.
My friend Emily hosted the CUTEST finale party for the Bachelorette!

I took a family vace to Cherry Grove beach!
Harry & I have enjoyed lots of fun weekends together out and about finding random things to do!
Date nights are my favorite!
I’ve also had fun lunch dates with friends! That is one thing I will miss when I return to work!

Other fun things we have done this summer/ accomplished:
-worked inside/ outside of the house
-spent many days at the lake
-taught more online classes than I can count
-had lots of dinner dates with our neighbors
-Etc.
It’s been a great summer y’all! I’m sad to see it come to an end.
