Happy Easter Weekend!!

I love Easter so, so much! The meaning of Easter and why we celebrate, puts me in complete awe!

God loved us so much that He sent His one and only son Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins.

Read that again and let it sink in.

Now I’m mothering a son myself and I can’t imagine how hard that was.

I absolutely can not ever, even try to imagine.

Every year at Easter, I reflect on my testimony & my relationship with Jesus.

 

Jesus died on the cross so that we can have that special relationship with Him and be saved.

We all fall short each and every day. We sin. We mess up. But JESUS PAID IT ALL on the cross for you & I.

That is selfless love. And that’s who Jesus is. He is love. He offers a relationship full of love, peace, guidance, and fulfillment that no one OR anything can give you. Isn’t that what everyone wants? I see so many lost people in the world longing for fulfillment and the answer is Jesus! Everything else in this world brings temporary happiness & fulfillment- careers, money, materialistic things, the picture perfect family, etc. etc. etc.- All of those things bring temporary fulfillment, then eventually you still want more. 

A real relationship with Christ offers that true fulfillment for us.
