Capers: FOUR month Update!

Happy Monday Friends!!

I hope everyone had an amazing Easter weekend! Capers’ first Easter was a sweet one!

Today, I am blogging about Capers’ four month adventures and milestones! It’s been the sweetest 4 months with our joyful baby!

Truly.. he is JOY!

Capers remains an overall, calm & easy going baby!

We really enjoyed the sunshine this month and went for lots of walks around the meadow!

He’s not a baby who needs a paci but he enjoys it every now & then!

The day this photo was taken, Capers met some new faces! Aunt Britty came to town and that afternoon, we popped by Harry’s office and he met his DaDa’s work fam!

He still gets excited to lay on his changing pad! I think he enjoys looking in the mirror!

Capers had his very first beach trip this month!

I returned to work this month and Capers met my sweet students! I teach for a SC public, virtual school so he met everyone on the computer. It was really sweet!

Harry began a few weeks of paternity leave when my leave ended and he took Capers on his first Costco run! Lol

These two have such a sweet bond!

He enjoys tummy time these days!

We’re just so grateful for him.. here he is in Brewer’s outfit!

They’re similar but different!

Capers first St. Patty’s Day!

For his first St. Patty’s Day, we went to church, hung out on the porch at home, and went to Honey & PaPa’s house for dinner!

Capers loves to rock on the front porch!

He also loves bath time..

..so much so that, he falls asleep in the tub! Lol

Sweet feet 🩵

He continues to smile, giggle, and laugh out loud.. all the time!

Big brother started T- Ball and Capers bee bops right along during practice in the bassinet/ stroller! He enjoys being outside.

He loves his sleep! He sleeps all night long. He’s been doing 10 hour stretches lately!

I don’t have a secret for this. We bottle feed and I’m able to sorta gauge how much he eats each day. Both boys like to eat and sleep!

We love our chunky monkey!

Capers is happiest at home! He’s only had a couple of episodes of loud crying where it takes several minutes to calm down. It’s usually when we’re not home and around a lot of people. He likes to be home and we love that about him!

He loves his family, especially Nana!

Capers went to my cousin’s bridal shower with me and he did well there!

I wore him in the baby wrap and he slept most of the time!

On Good Friday, we took him to his first farm (aside from the meadow around our neighborhood where we walk often!)

We love making new family memories as a family of 4!

Like father, like son!

Fun little feature fact: Capers has sweet little web feet! Only on his right foot, he has two webbed toes. I think it’s sweet 🩵

Baby bunny ready to celebrate his first Easter season!

Meeting the Easter bunny for the first time, he slept right through it lol!

Last year during Easter week, we found out we were expecting our sweet Capers!

So grateful 🩵

Give us all the matching brother attire! Capers continues to watch Brewer’s every move. Brewer loves showing Capers his toys!
