Hello again!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday!
Every few months, I love to round- up a bit of “life lately” on the blog and catch up on all the things! Sometimes it’s big things, most of the time it’s small things, and it’s usually random things that haven’t been mentioned here in blog world! It just covers all of the bits of, “life lately.”

I don’t know about y’all, but we are loving the warm sunshiny days! We soaked up every ounce of spring before it turned summer. I actually feel like we had real “spring weather” this year, where the weather was just right!

Spring is also a “slower” season around here which I love. We don’t typically have any big events in the spring. It’s just nice & slow!
I love all of the simple days at home just being a mom, as pictured: laundry & a cute baby! I love it!!

Jack o lantern pajamas + a John Deere tool belt before bedtime.. why not! lol

Warm weather, spring, park dates with sweet friends are always good for the soul!

Fun fact: we planted blueberry bushes at our house two years ago. They take a looong time to grow! We’ve finally been finding blueberries ready to be picked, lately. Brewer loves checking for ones that have turned blue!

You can find our Easter weekend recap, here: Baby’s First Easter

Back in the spring, we celebrated this sweet Mama to be!

And now that sweet bundle of joy is here! We love you so much, Levi Rhett!

I love raising all of these precious boys with you, Emily!!

We also showered and celebrated this sweet bride to be, back in the spring!

And now, my sweet cousin is a married woman!! Sara, you are beauty, you are grace, and you have an unwavering love for Jesus!

It was such a sweet wedding with family!

The boys and their babies

Before school wrapped up for summer, Harry attended “doughnuts for Dads” with Brewer. These two have such a special bond. Brewer is obsessed with his Daddy. Harry really is the best Dad! Loving, patient, fun, funny, silly, a great teacher… he does it all so well!

Find our school year recap, here:

Capers was dedicated at church on Mother’s Day! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my first Mother’s Day as a mommy of two than by dedicating his sweet life to Jesus!
I blogged more about this day in Capers’ most recent, monthly recap, here:

We are LOVING all things summer!! Chalk in the driveway, backyard pool, splash pad, long walks, ice-cream & park dates.. all the things!

We also wrapped up Brewer’s first T-Ball season.

He had his very first banquet at Fuddruckers.

He was very proud of his trophy! lol I love this kid & his blue icing lips.

I’m also loving our slow summer mornings! I love doing special Bible story time with our boys. Brewer brings out alllllll of the Bible books for this. 🤍

Brewer is obsessed with his Bible! Without any sort of prompt, he grabs it out of his nightstand drawer all the time and “reads” it. It melts this mama’s heart! I pray he always wants to read his Bible.

I love all of my outings with these two. This particular summer morning, we went to Chick Fil A for breakfast and then the park.

My boys ❤

“Mommy, can I hold “Papers?”” Brewer still calls the baby, “Papers” and I love it so much. They have the sweetest brother bond! Two boys has been such a blessing!

We’re loving all of our summer play dates. We went to the park with Emily & her babies, Tucker & Annie Beth. Capers & Annie Beth are so stinking cute. Saving all of these baby photos together for a future “save the date” card. 😉

We went to a local “trucks for tots” event with Jessica and Eli. These boys were living their best life!

We also had a pool day with AnnaVee and Mason!

Brewer is taking swim lessons this summer and loving it. I’m so proud of the progress he’s made!

Capers checked out well & healthy at his six month appointment! Haha.. when swim lessons is right after the doctor visit, you show up at the pediatrician’s office in swimwear.

Do y’all see it?! A baby fawn!! In our woods!! Be still my heart!

We’ve had two beach trips this summer! First, IOP! Catch the recap, here:
IOP Summer 2024 as a family of 4!

We loved having Honey join us for a few days in IOP!

Then, we took a family vacay to 30A with my entire family! Catch the recap from yesterday, here:

It was seriously so fun!

We celebrated the legend, aka Papa, at a special luncheon for his retirement! We are SO proud of Papa!

We’ve been back at home this week enjoying the slow, simple joys of summer! Look at our chunky monkey! He wins the award for best summer bod 😍

I love them so much!

Sweet, sweet summertime!

We’re loving every bit of summer with two!
