HelloOoOoOo year 34!

I am officially 34 as of Monday! I had the best birthday weekend celebrating with my little family of 4 and I’m here today to recap it all!

This also marks 9 years of blogging for me! I began my little corner of the internet on my 25th birthday. This space really began for me when I was beginning my own adult life! I had just gotten married and just begun my teaching career.

As of recently, I’ve been going back in time and reading one blog post per day. It’s SO fun to look back on.

Let’s relive turning 34 together with today’s post!

Last Thursday, Harry and I had a night out with dinner at Halls and concert with Luke Bryan! The boys actually gave me the tickets for Mother’s Day.

The concert was SO fun!

There’s just something about getting lost in country music in the middle of summer! 🫶

After the concert, we had our Halls dessert in the car lol! This chocolate cake was SO yum!

Best. night. ever.

Saturday, we went to our happy place… Jeter Mountain!

We actually came here last year on my birthday and loved it so much, we’ve kinda made it a birthday tradition!

We picked berries, flowers, ate donuts, did some shopping, and truly had the best time!

We’re looking forward to our trip back this fall!

Saturday night, AnnaVee and I had dinner on the town at Islas to celebrate 🥳

Y’all… we sat here for THREE hours talking, sipping wine, eating oysters, and girl chatting.

This night was SO fun! Shoutout to her Aunt Eileen who we love so much. She offered to take and pick us up for my birthday 🥹
