Spring Break rewind!

Hey, Hey!!

Happy SPRING SATURDAY!

I hope everyone is having a great start to spring! I am back on the blog today with a little spring break rewind!

I’ve made some really sweet spring time memories with the people I love most this week. I’m here to bottle it all up with today’s blog post!

Spring break officially began last Friday!

I love doing all the fun little local things during spring break.

We spent that afternoon at Dirt & Grit Flower Farm!

Dirt & Grit is actually in Woodruff where I use to teach prior to switching to virtual world. It brings back the best memories driving through this sweet town!

This is our second year visiting Dirt & Grit!

It’s a super sweet + fun time!

cutie pie

An afternoon of tulips, petting animals, and just playing out on the farm!

We kept talking about how the weather was literally perfect that day!

Friday night, playing in the sandbox 🫶

The beginning of spring break was also St. Patty’s weekend!

You have to celebrate St. Patrick’s weekend in Clover, right?! 🍀

We had so much fun at the St. Patrick’s festival back home in Clover with family!

We rode rides, browsed all the vendor tents, had lunch with the fam, went to the new cupcake place in town, and caught up with so many people we know & love at the festival!

Small town fun 🫶

Sunday afternoon was for garden prepping!

And wearing St. Patty shirts from the festival

Clover: a little luck, a lotta love 🫶

I love that little town

Sunday night, Brewer made a leprechaun trap and the next morning on St. Patrick’s Day..

He woke up to coins that the leprechaun left behind.. even though we didn’t catch him because leprechauns are too mischievous 😉

St. Patrick’s morning called for kids in the kitchen, wearing matching St. Patty jammies, making..

Green pancakes!

Along with a side of lucky charms for breakfast too because.. duh!

After breakfast, we were off for a family fun day!

It was a St. Patty’s Day well spent at the zoo!

Harry took the day off work to spend with us

I love my little crew!

It was another perfect weather day to be at the zoo!

We had the BEST time!

I had several compliments and questions about this dress. It came from a local boutique called Fiveology. I actually found it on the clearance rack during the winter months!

We are holding onto this day! This was our first time at the Riverbank zoo as a family!

Memories with them >>>

Tuesday, me and the babies had a day at home just taking it easy!

We met Harry for lunch at a little sandwich shop close to home!

Brewer got a new book in the mail from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. We read it during nap time. It’s so cute for spring!

That evening when Harry got home from work, we went for a walk at a park close to home! Again.. another beautiful day! You never know what the weather will be like in March but we’ve had some really, really nice days!

Wednesday, me and the boys had a park day with my friend Natalie and her sweet boy, Hughes!

Capers is always happy to be outside 🫶

After the park, we went to lunch and these two brought the entertainment. Lol, their side of the booth didn’t stop giggling and laughing!

Wednesday evening, we went out for ice-cream.

On the way back to the neighborhood, the cows on the meadow were all lined up by the fence. I hope they know how much they amaze us!

Thursday! The first day of spring!

I blogged a fun post:

This OR That: spring edition!

Thursday was for spring cleaning the house and running errands. I made a stop at my favorite local boutique, Southern Charm. They have the cutest things out for spring!

Thursday evening, these two were off to t-ball practice. We love having T-ball back in our weekly routine!

Me and this one skipped out on practice that night because the wind.. Capers said, woah! It was intense!

Sweet baby!

Friday (yesterday), we had a playdate at the children’s museum with my friend Emily and her babies, Annie Beth and Tucker!

These two looked as if they had been in the sea once they were done playing at the water table. Ha!

Cutie little super heros ❤️

These babies had the best day and so did their mamas!

Last night, hanging outside in the backyard!

I love my Nash Bash!

~

That wraps up a week of spring break loving with my people!

Our plans this weekend are to continue getting the yard ready for spring + summer. Tomorrow afternoon, I have a baby shower to attend to celebrate a close friend! I can’t wait!

*Have a wonderful spring weekend! I’ll be back on the blog next Thursday!*
