Hey, Hey!!
It’s a “Tell all Tuesday” blog post kind of day!
This month, I’m talking all about my desk space! I’m going to share all the details of what’s inside & how it’s organized. I’ll link a few things too!
~
These random posts are so fun to me!
Come take a peak at my desk… 🤍

This is my personal desk + my work desk!
I found this desk at TJ Maxx years ago. The pink & gold chair came from wayfair years ago!
I use to have an office in our house but when baby #2 came along, “my office” moved into our room. I’ve turned my desk space into a cozy little work corner that I love!

My favorite part about this space are the photos on the wall! Those boys are my everything.

My second favorite thing is the view/ window that overlooks our backyard!

On top of my desk, I have this drawing of me and my two babies! My sweet friend Lauren gifted me this while pregnant with Capers 🩵
I love having it on display here!
Next to it, I have a box of verses that my sweet friend Emily gave me. I love keeping it on my desk if I need some quick encouragement!

On the other side of my desk, I have a notepad with my name that my mother in law gave me! Plus, I have a small stack of my favorite books.

Let’s open the desk drawer:

On the left, you will find: a notebook for work, my planner, a folder I use for blog planning, another folder for family things, baggies with my blue light glasses, a ruler that my great grandmother gave me when I was a young kid! Can you believe I still have it? She loved to travel the US. This ruler came from Gettysburg. I also have a random set of keys in this drawer.

In the middle section of the drawer, you will find: a bill organizer, and lots of pens, pencils, highlighters, and markers.

On the right side of the drawer, you will find: office supplies and a section for my technology equipment pieces.

To the left of my desk, I have an organizer shelf! The top is for “home” related things like envelopes, paperwork to hang onto, etc.
The bottom is for my teaching related things!
On top of the shelf, I have a document camera for teaching and teaching materials.

Recently I switched to a “clip on second monitor” for work vs a desktop second monitor screen. It is SO much more convenient. I need a second monitor to do just about anything for work! With the “clip on” monitor it makes it easy to move around when I want a change of scenery. I can easily work outside, from the kitchen island, or work on the go if I’m out of town!

And that… wraps up today’s blog post: my desk space & how it’s all organized!
Simple & effective!

It’s beautiful & sunny today! Have a terrific Tuesday!
*I’ll be back on the blog, tomorrow!*
