I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start!

I always love Tell All Tuesday posts and rambling about fun, random topics!

In honor of love month, I’m talking about my valentine this month and bonus he’s talking about me! Ha! However, instead of talking about things we love, I thought it would be fun to talk about pet peeves and/ or quirky habits!

I’m listing 5 pet peeves + quirky habits I have for Harry and I asked him to list 5 for me! The top of Harry’s list for me would probably be that I’m making him do this LOL. But he participated and he had fun chit chatting with me on this topic!

Here we go!

My top 5 pet peeves + quirky habits for Harry:

Not finishing products before opening a new one- Y’all… I could write a book about this! lol. I’m all about finishing something completely before opening a new one. 1. To not be wasteful, and 2. To save space! Harry however, loves to open “the brand new item” and leave the old sitting. I will walk in the laundry room and suddenly see 4 detergent bottles with a bit in each. Harry does this with tooth paste, ketchup, all the things! Craziness.

Front door basket- Ya know, Harry use to walk in the door and empty out his pockets: wallet, keys, coins, pens, and he would just leave it on an open table. So I bought a front door basket to stay on the foyer table for those type of things. Harry will still come home and walk right by the front door basket to empty out his pockets on the kitchen island, etc. why oh why!

Overhead lights– Harry loves an overhead light and I love a cozy lamp. It’s a feeling for me! Harry will wake- up and start flipping on big overhead lights and I’m just like, can you please not!! I much prefer lamps at all times and no overhead lights.

Intensity in the mornings- I use this word a lot with Harry in the mornings, lol. “Can you please tone down the intensity?” 😆 He wakes up ready to go! Talking loud! Kinda matches the overhead lights, right? I know I can be loud and hyper but not at 6:30 am! In the mornings, I remind Harry to tone down the intensity.

Leaving stuff in the car– Harry loves a clean car! I remember spilling a drink in his car years ago and he didn’t let me live that down for a while lol. He doesn’t like crumbs, spills, and dirt inside the car. However, he will let “stuff” pile up in the car and it drives me crazy. The boys will ride in his car and he forgets to take their hats, toys, blankets, etc out of the car. He also leaves his own things: hats, sunglasses, etc in the car and wonders later where they are. So chances are, if we can’t find something, it’s in Harry’s car.

Okay, now it’s Harry’s turn to talk about me!

Harry’s 5 pet peeves + quirky habits for me:

Splash Pad– I’m already cracking up! Harry calls the sink in our bathroom, my splash pad. He says when I wash my face: morning and night, I splash water all over the counter. It’s true. I do this and it drives Harry crazy!!

My travel coffee cups- Okay, Harry always uses a regular coffee mug. I use both: coffee mugs and travel coffee cups. Most of the travel cups have to be washed by hand, so they end up collecting by the sink. This also drives Harry crazy! (He also would like to add that my shoes collect around the house 😉)

Too many pots & pans- Harry says I use every pot and the pan in the house to make one meal. He doesn’t understand why I need so many things to cook and he says the kitchen gets messy when I cook! Hmm. Idk about this one, ha!

Make- up on the carpet- my make-up stays in a drawer in the bathroom but occasionally I’ll put it in my cosmetic bag and sit in front of the big mirror in our room when doing my make- up. Then, the bag gets left- out and the boys find it (mostly Capers) and he gets make- up on the carpet. It drives Harry crazy! That’s what my little green machine is for! It takes all the stains right out. Psst, it’s on sale right now too!

Parking my car- Harry says my parking is horrible! Of course he says this. My car is always crooked in the driveway at home and I’m too close to the parking space lines in public. He doesn’t understand. Neither do I. I’m usually amazed when I step out of the car to see how crooked I parked. It doesn’t feel like I’m parking crooked when I’m inside the car? (Psst.. Harry parks far away in public and it drives me crazy 😉)
