I have a fun topic for this month’s edition of, “Tell All Tuesday.”
I’m talking about smoothies!
Random? Maybe! But lately, I love a good smoothie. It’s a way for me to make sure I’m getting in protein, greens, and all the good things! Lots of mornings, this is my breakfast!
I’m going to drop 3 smoothie recipes that I am loving, lately:

Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
This one is simple and probably my favorite…
-yogurt
-milk
-strawberries
-bananas
-usually I’ll add greens (spinach leaves)
-turmeric! Okay this ingredient is different but hear me out… I don’t like the taste of turmeric but it has so many great benefits so I’ll add it to my smoothie where it gets hidden and I can’t taste it!

Green Smoothie
I love this one too! An all green smoothie, yes please! I’m getting my healthy greens in but making it fun.
-spinach leaves
-orange juice
-vanilla protein powder
-chia seeds
-turmeric

Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie
Another favorite from Pinterest! I’m not a huge fan of peanut butter but I do love it in a smoothie! This one is filled with protein and so yummy!
-almond milk
-banana
-peanut butter
-cinnamon
-Greek yogurt
-I add turmeric
-protein powder (optional)
-can also add greens to this one too!
