Today is a special day…

Today marks 3 years of loving, raising, cherishing, and making memories with our baby, boy Brewer!

I remember the day you were born and being handed my first baby boy! 8.3 lb of love!

He changed my life in all of the best ways!

Each day has been filled with more smiles, more giggles, more laughter, and more fun!

Brewer really does make every day a brighter day! He loves to laugh and make others laugh!

It’s been 3 years of living in, what I know are the BEST years of my life!! All because this sweet boy made me a mommy first!

We soaked up all of the days and little moments with just Brewer before he became a big brother!

Our almost 3 years of it just being Brewer were incredible! We made endless memories with just the 3 of us. We owe a lot to Brewer because he taught us how to be parents!

Brewer transitioned SO easy to being a big brother!

I’ve said this before but I really didn’t expect Brewer to have much of a reaction to baby. I didn’t expect him to not do well by any means but I didn’t expect him to give Capers the attention that he does.

But boy… Capers came along and this is what I witness all the time!! Brewer adores his little brother. It melts our hearts over and over again. Brewer also calls him, “Papers.” Lol, it’s the funniest and cutest thing to hear him say that!

A little brother is the best gift he could have ever received this year! Someone to grow up with ❤

We are so proud of Brewer for being such an awesome big brother! Capers is going to be so blessed by Brewer throughout his life.

Brewer is a friend and buddy to just about everyone! Here he is getting ready to run some Christmas errands with us! I love having our little sidekick everywhere we go!

Brewer was so fun to witness on Christmas morning this year! He really understood “Santa” and seeing his excitement was so special.

We’ve enjoyed the slow, cozy winter days with Brewer and his brother!

We made a little road trip to Hendersonville recently. We’ve taken Brewer there lots of times over the past 3 years!

His favorite part of Hendersonville is going into Kilwins for icecream!

We’ve also had some warmer winter days where we have taken Brewer to the park! That’s his happy place!!

And this past weekend, we celebrated Brewer turning 3 with his family and his sweet, little friends! (More on that, tomorrow! 🎉)

Let’s talk about things that Brewer loves:

Brewer loves…

-trucks, trains, and all the things with wheels

-his lovies (they still go everywhere with us)

-our dogs (he calls them “my Ace” and “my Nash”

-dancing

-singing

-Toy Story (still a fan)

-being outside // literally just running, throwing leaves, & playing with his outside toys in the backyard

-he’s also loving learning! He knows his colors, numbers to 10, his full name, some shapes, and we’re beginning to work on letters

Brewer is so easy to love! He has developed a fun loving, silly, and kind personality!

And that… is 3 years old!

We are off to celebrate our boy today as a family of 4!
