Happy July!!!

As always, I take the week of our summer vacay off from blogging! I always miss blog world during that week so I’m excited to be back today!

We had the best beach trip ever as a family of 3 and soaking in memories with Brewer! I will recap our trip later this week!

Let’s start the week with a Motivation Monday post! I opened up my devotion to today’s date, July 10th and I loved it so much that I wanted to share it here on the blog too!

“Do not rely on your own understanding.”

I remind myself of these words anytime I’m going through something difficult, that I don’t understand.

I’m also such a planner that I have to remind myself that God doesn’t need me to make a “plan” and a list of ways to “fix” something.

Over and over, He says “come to me.” He will fix things and provide understanding!

It also gives us the freedom to have peace when we trust that He’s got everything under control!

No matter what comes up this week, lean on the Lord’s understanding, not your own! It will allow you to live freely and not worry. He has everything in the palm of His hands if we release our burdens to him!
